ANNIE OAKLEY
Annie Oakley came to us in April 2012. She and Gatsby were rescued off of the Fallon Feedlot thanks to Cathi Reyes (she paid their bail). Annie was approximately 6 months old when she arrived and had bilateral angular limb deformity. We opted for transphyseal bridging which would help straighten her legs as she continued to grow. Annie is now 4.5 years old. Her procedures are completed. Her legs are not perfectly straight but she is sounpasture sound. She stands a little over 14 hands and stout. Quarter horse type and as easy going as they come. She trailers, ties, bathes, ponies on trail, knows all of her ground work, and has been tacked up. She is a beauty and loves attention. She is looking for her forever home!
Due to Annie's angular limb deformity She would be most appropriate for light riding or companion.
Adoption Fee: $750
