Lots of things happening here at TL.  We acquired Darby, a QH mare, from Auction Horses Rescue in January. She was in foal and gave birth to Jubilee 3/10/14. Jube is a cremello and was born blind. She has detached retinas. She doesn't let it bother her one bit and has become an expert at navigating her paddock. She loves attention and will answer you when you call her name. We see great things in her future and will be looking for her lifetime companion as she gets closer to weaning.
Sheeza, our Arabian mare, gave birth to Lucas at midnight 4/6/14.  Lucent was by her side the whole time and has become Lucas's best friend. the whole pasture was so excited about the new bundle of joy they almost took the fences down to see him....literally. He is a wild man. lol. He is always rough housing with Lucent and Velvet. lucent is such a patient guy. He is absolutely perfect. chestnut with a blaze and two front stockings. Just darling. He is housed in our "baby" paddock with Homer, Satin, Velvet, Sheeza, and Lucent enjoying his childhood.

Marley was adopted out  to Chris Davies. Chris came to visit with some friends. I don't think she had any intentions of getting a horse. Well, Marley changed all that. It was love at first sight, for both I think. I am really excited to hear updates as they grow and progress together. I wish you two the best....Love you Marley.

Welcome Watson! Miss Watson! Yes, a girl named Watson. She was rescued from a neglectful situation by Auction Horses Rescue. She arrived safely 4/28 to Toby's Legacy. I should say Terin Harris's.  Terin adopted Zoe form us. Zoe was in foal(rescued in foal) and gave birth to Sherlock. Sherlock is 9 months old now.Terin has been wanting to foster AND looking for a buddy for Sherlock. How perfect! Well, naturally, her name should be Watson! She is settling and adjusting to the pampering quite well. Please follow her progress and the progress of all our horses on Facebook! Thank you and Happy Trails!!!!

Welcome Misty's new baby Brego. this darling little buckskin colt came into the world on 5/27.  He is starting to warm up to us ( Misty too!) and we hope to incorporate them into the baby herd soon.

Cowboy is an unexpected rescue that arrived 5/27/14.  He was found by a neighbor after wandering onto his property. He is 25 years old with arthritic knees. We have started him on previcox and he is doing great. He has joined the pasture group and buddied up to Legs.  we decided to make him a sanctuary guy and he will live out the rest of his golden years at Tobyu's Legacy.
